Registration

We always welcome new patients to our practice and patients are free to register with any of the 5 partners. Our practice boundary includes Torquay and close area, and is shown on the map below. Use this link to enlarge the map image

Patients wishing to register are asked to fill in a medical history form and make an appointment to see the nurse. They are given a practice booklet containing all the details about the surgery and the services we provide. The nurse will enquire about past and current illnesses, medication and lifestyle, and will measure your Blood pressure, height and weight, as well as perform a simple test on your urine (please bring a sample!).

Your registration details will be entered onto our computerised system by trained operators, which will speed up the appropriate administration processes. When you require an appointment in the future, this will enable the receptionist to action your request quickly and accurately.
