How Do I - Make a complaint

Barton Surgery has a Practice Complaints Procedure, which has been set up to deal with any comments and complaints about the services we provide. Our Practice Manager, Mrs Lisa Cooper, will give you further information. We value feedback - both positive and negative! This can be given verbally, by telephone or written and again our Practice Manager is more than happy to discuss these with you as we try to give our patients the highest possible standard of service.
