Home visits are very time consuming for doctors so we can only visit people who are housebound or are so severely ill that they cannot come to the surgery. Please telephone before 11am if you feel that you or someone you care for may need visiting at home. Doing this allows us to plan our day better and so visit those patients who need visiting more quickly. One of the doctors may call back to decide on whether a visit or other option is required. Please do not phone in late requests for visits except in emergency situations.
