Telephone Advice

If you wish to speak to a doctor or nurse about a problem please phone the surgery and give brief details to the receptionist. The doctor or nurse will either speak to you immediately if available, or will ring you back later if not.
Many problems can be sorted out over the telephone and if you think this is suitable for your case then it can be a quick and efficient way of dealing with things for both doctor and patient. It can often save the need for appointments or visits.
